OT&T - Order Track & Trace
Order Track and Trace (OT&T) is a very simple, low cost solution
that automates the tracking of planned versus actual order deliveries and collections.
The solution is telephony based enabling any driver, whether employed or subcontracted,
with a mobile phone (or access to a landline) to use it without any special hardware.
Integration with your existing TMS or scheduling system provides OT&T with precise
details of driver schedules. System intelligence tracks the status of each driver’s
journey from the start of the day through each delivery/collection to the end of
the day. Each time a call is made to a single designated telephone number, the system
uses voice prompts to ask the driver to enter specific information using the keys
on their mobile phone. The driver is also able to leave a voice file with any comments.
The system has an SMS control facility which can be used in place of or in addition
to the call option.
Real-time visibility and status reporting of the entire fleet
enables proactive management, highlighting and escalating discrepancies, unplanned
deviations from schedules, and planned changes that may need to be incorporated
such as new job allocation to the nearest available driver.
Host TMS
or scheduling software is updated, automating the POD and debrief process. As a
secure web based application, there is no software to install or capital purchase
costs, just a monthly fee and/or pay-as-you-use finance model.

Reporting
A range of report options are available as standard. Bespoke reports can be scheduled
via email either daily, weekly or even monthly, with the added benefit of being
able to receive the report in standard Excel, HTML or XML format so that you are
in full control of the information that this solution offers.
Alert Management
Includes escalation of discrepancies, unplanned deviations from schedules, pre-notification
of late arrival to customer, driver panic alert management, via SMS, automated voice
call, or email.
Web Based
All functionality is available via a web browser, allowing you to use the system
from virtually anywhere, and also removing the need to install and update additional
software on to your computer.
