Candi™ is a simple, low cost solution that automates electronic collection of data in real-time.


All that is required to use the service is a telephone, often a mobile when collecting data out in the field. No further equipment is required. The solution is usually used in circumstances where a limited range of responses exist to a predefined set of questions, enabling the user to call a designated telephone number before using the keys on their handset to record responses to synthesized voice prompted questions.

A secure web based management interface not only enables live management of the data as it is captured, but also offers the ability to update questions simply by re-typing any revisions and the voice prompts are automatically updated. In addition, voice messages can also be recorded by users to populate any comments fields.
